December Paranormal Reading Challenge: Other

Yikes! I can't believe it's already December 12!  definitely apologize for being so late posting this! My life has been a bit crazy the past couple weeks and blogging has fallen behind.

Anyway, this month is our Others month, so any paranormal creature that doesn't fit in any of the other categories. Examples are: Gods/goddesses, centaurs, etc. Whatever you can think of! Remember to link up below.

This month we have a prize kindly donated by author Kaitlin Bevis. She has donated an ebook of her novel Persephone, a YA read featuring gods and goddess. Thank you so much Kaitlin!

Also, I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on the challenge. It was both Jessi and I's first time running a reading challenge and I can definitely admit that there were a few mistakes made. I'm hoping to run the challenge again next year with a few improvements! I'd really like to hear everyone thoughts and whether or not you'd be interesting in participating next year. Thanks!

  1. In a whole the challenge has not been bad but it would have been better to know each time what was the prize ( to keep those participaing motivated) and to tell the winners...; we often had to wait for the winners and yes this time we know the prize but in teh past month we still don't know what it is^^
also ^perhaps have a prize for those who participate each month for the assiduity

but for the rest it was great and teh fact uou were both putting the form helped if one was late^^
( i do have some family health problem lately but i will try to keep up^^)

  2. I have enjoyed taking part as paranormal is one of my favourite genres.
My biggest disappointment has been the missing or difficult to find links for our reviews. I have liked though that the links stay open after the month is over in order to add books a bit later.
I don't do challenges for prizes and have only just now discovered that is says in the sign up that there are monthly prizes, I haven't seen anything about that but that is most likely my own fault.
Will I take part again? I don't know. I take part in a lot of challenges and I like it to be fairly easy to link my reviews to the challenge pages.

  3. I am sorry, I now see that you actually have had all link posts up. I have been using Auntie Spinelli Reads and I have a trouble finding the post for linking reviews.
