Reading Through My Bookshelf

Last Weeks Status: 59
Incoming Books: 2
Books Completed: 1 (Across the Universe - review forthcoming)
Current Status: 60

Oh dear, my bookshelf is getting fuller instead of emptier! And it's only going to get worse, as I have a bunch of ebooks to review coming up PLUS I'm making an effort to complete at least one more 2012 challenge, which also includes a number of ebooks. But I'll keep working on reading more of my physical copies and I don't know of anything else coming in the mail!

  1. I love A Million Suns!! And Pushing The Limits! I also got The Vampire's Daughter from NetGalley ... it looks interesting!

As far as your bookshelf goes, I have over 300 unread books on my shelf, so don't feel bad! I wish I could say I had 60 ... ah, well. A girl can dream, right? :)

    Enjoy your reads!

    1. I'm so excited for A Million Suns! And next year I'm planning to make an effort to read more contemporary books, starting with Pushing the Limits!

My boyfriend gives me trouble for buying books when I already have a ton to read. No more library book sales for me!

  2. Oh YAY, so now you can read A Million Suns in time for Shades of Earth! It was an excellent sequel. Seriously, you think she revealed all the secrets of the ship in AtU? Nope, she somehow had a bazillion more INSANE things to reveal that had me literally gasping out loud. I would be nervous to count how many books I have unread on my shelf at the moment, honestly... Probably A LOT, too, so don't feel bad because I think that's pretty normal!

  5. Winning books totally ROCKS! And you won awesome ones this week. I had really bad luck with Pushing The Limits. The formatting on my reader from Netgalley was just atrocious bordering on completely unbearable and it made me really annoyed all throughout reading it. I think that really hindered my enjoyment of the novel with is really too bad. I hope you have better luck with it than I did. I can't wait to read Broken! That cover is just so.... awesome! Enjoy your new goodies, Megan!

    1. I love winning books! It makes up for trying not to buy any.

Bad formatting sucks. I can totally understand how it can make a book less enjoyable.
